Shipping, Return & Exchange Policies
We understand the urgency of your orders and strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call from our Customer Service Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours. But it may take a little longer to process some orders.
We offer delivery anywhere in Pakistan at a flat delivery rate of PKR 99/- irrespective of the order size. For some items that need sensitive handling or are bulky in size you may have to pay additional amount for shipping. Shipping normally takes 1-2 business days within Karachi and 2-5 business days anywhere else in Pakistan.
Currently, we are not shipping to the international destinations. But, the wait will not be long, stay tuned as we will start the international shipments soon.
Returns & Exchanges
- Chase Value has a 14 days return policy. We will happily accept the items that are unused and in their original condition, and have all the original tags and packaging available along with the sale receipt.
- Once the items reach us, the case will be investigated and an exchange or a refund will be offered accordingly. Refund will be in the form of a promo code which can be redeemed on the next purchase.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded. In case, wrong products/ sizes/ colours are delivered then the delivery charges will be refunded.
- Return parcels should be sent to us through any of the courier companies at the following address: Chase Value, Ecommerce Department, Plot # 184, Sector 23, Near Brookes Chowrangi, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
- If the reverse pick up request for the returning parcel is initiated by Chase Value then it may take up to 20 working days for the completion of the process.
- Electronics, cosmetics, perfumes, toys and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
