• What are the delivery charges?

We deliver across Pakistan in Rs. 150/- only per order, irrespective of the number of items in the order.

Can you waive off delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are minimal in comparison with market norms. We have a flat delivery charge per order irrespective of the number and size of the items in your order. For maximum benefit it is recommended to fit as much as you can in the same order.

• How can I place order online?

You can place your order through our website. If you face any difficulty while placing the order, you can call our UAN number 021-11-11-CHASE, 021 11 11 24273 during office hours or get support from our customer service representatives on Facebook from 9am-11pm.

• How long will it take to deliver my order?

When you place an order on the website, delivery takes 4-5 working days after confirmation.

However, under unforeseen circumstances, such as strikes, war threats, flight delays, stock unavailability, weather conditions etc. delivery may be delayed in which case you will be informed.

• Is this product available in your branch?

We ensure presence of all products at branches as well. However in order to save you from any inconvenience, we prefer you call at branch first.

• Is Chase Value and Chase Up the same? What is the difference between Chase Value and Chase Up?

Chase Value and Chase up are different companies being run under different managements but they fall under the same group. While Chase Up has groceries, Chase Value specializes in providing you the most affordable fashion and home care items.

How to place order on the website?

• Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
• Provide your address and details

• What is your return and exchange policy? How can I return a product?

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery if it doesn't meet your expectations. To request for a return, please call our helpline (021) 111-124-273 and our customer service team will guide you further.

You will be requested to share your order details along with pay slip. Once we receive the return package, you may choose to get a refund or an exchange voucher for another purchase through our website.

• Is this offer valid in stores?

All offers and promotions can be availed from any of our outlets or online. However some pack and bundle deals are only available online.

In assorted packs, there is no option for color selection. 

• Can you ship to international addresses:

We do not cater international orders at the moment. All our international customers do not need to be dejected as we are working on starting international deliveries soon.

• Do you have a branch in (cities other than Karachi)?

Currently, we have an outlet each in Islamabad and Bahawalpur in addition to three outlets in Karachi with many more coming soon all over Pakistan.

When you place an order on the website, you receive a unique order ID through SMS and email. It is recommended that at the time of placing your order you should mention correct contact details, including cell number.
