Shipping Information

We understand the urgency of your orders and strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call from our Customer Service Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours. But it may take a little longer to process some orders.

We offer delivery anywhere in Pakistan at a flat delivery rate of Rs.99/- irrespective of the order size. Shipping normally takes 1-2 business days within Karachi and 2-5 business days anywhere else in Pakistan.

You are required to pay for the item plus Rs.99 for delivery to the courier at the time of delivery.

International Orders

We do not cater international orders at the moment. All our international customers do not need to be dejected as we are working on starting international deliveries soon.

Returns

Chase Value has a 14 day Return Policy for all products. You may send the parcel to us through any courier company at the following address:

Please note that items must be in unused condition and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any). Once the items reach us, we will directly issue you a refund coupon through email which will be redeemable on your next purchase. 

• If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded by Chase Value.

• If a product is delivered wrong, size issue from company end or any other issue occurred from Chase Value end. Customer will be reimbursed for the delivery charges.
